But 'fat' is not a bad word—it's a description, just like tall or short, and it doesn’t define our value or beauty. By embracing it, we strip it of its harmful power and remind ourselves and the world that beauty, strength, and worth come in all shapes and sizes. We are more than our bodies, but even in our bodies, we are radiant, deserving, and worthy of respect.
